The plot lies between a tenement of the said Nicholas and a tenement of John de Wymyngton [Wilmington?] on the one sdie and the King's Ditch on the other and abuts on the highway and on the tenement of the grantor.

Note on dorse that the rent is due to the college as heir to John of Cambridge.
