The plot lies between a tenement of the said Nicholas and a tenement of John de Wymyngton [Wilmington?] on the one sdie and the King's Ditch on the other and abuts on the highway and on the tenement of the grantor.
Witnesses: Richard Tuliet, mayor; John de Brunne; Stephen Morice; John Redhead; William de Brigham, bailiffs; Bartholomew Morice; Richard de Addington; Robert Seman.
Note on dorse that the rent is due to the college as heir to John of Cambridge.
