One half acre lies in Newnham crofts between land of St John's Hospital and land once Richard Martin's and abuts on land of Thomas Trivet and on the highway; 3 acres lie in Newnham crofts between land of CCCC on either side and abut on Crocheman's Headland and on the highway; one and a half acres lies at Pourtebryge next to land of St John's Hosptial (N) and abut on Pourtebryggeweye and on the headland of the said hospital; three acres lie in Grantchester fields between Cuftyscroftysweye and Fulbrookfeeld and abut on Cuftyscroft and on the highway; three acres lie in 'le lyttylfeld' between land of Nicholas Morice and land once Thomas Morice's and abut on land formerly Nicholas Crocheman's; half an acre lies in the same field between land once Richard Tableter's and land of Nicholas Morice and abuts on land formerly Thomas Morice's; two acres lie in the same field next to land of Nicholas Morice and abut on Bin brook; and half an acre lies between land of St John's Hospital and land of the Prior of Barnwell and abuts on Sheepcote way.
