Scope and Contents
The first tenement lies in Round Church parish between tenements of John Coton on one side and of Ely Priory on the other and abuts on 'Le Briggestrete'; the other lies in Newnham and is known as 'Cokhows'; the garden lies in Newnham between a garden once William Lister's (N) and a field of St John's Hospital (S) and its E. head extends to a garden called 'Mortimer's yard' next to 'Mortimer's mill'.
