The tenement lies between a tenement of Laurence Allen of Cokesworth (E) and a tenement of John Winslow (W) and abuts on the garden of the said John Winslow and on the highway.
Witnesses: Robert de Brigham, mayor; John Blankpain; Thomas Trivet; William Blytlyng; Thomas Hart.
Note on dorse that Matilda died in the fortnight before Christmas in 1404 (6 Henry IV).
