Scope and Contents
The eight others are: Henry de Tangmere, William de Horwode, John Arnald, Thomas de Bucworth [Boxworth?], Thomas de Childerley, John de Eccles, furbisher, Eudo Foukes and Simon de Sleaford, clerk.
The messuage lies between a tenement of Nicholas Crocheman and a tenement of William Allen and extends from the highway to a tenement of the said Nicholas. Of the 3 acres of land in Grantchester fields one acre lies near a property once Robert Le Roo's, next to land of the heirs of John Baron and abuts on 'le Grenweye'; one and a half acres lie next to land of Richard Martin and abut on 'Bradeweye'; one acre and 3 rods lie next to land of John de Grantchester and abut on Fulbrook.
