Scope and Contents
The ten acres lie between land formerly of Sir Giles de Trumpington on either side and abut on Portlyttlemere and on the common marsh (mora) of Trumpington; the garden lies between a tenement of Nicholas Gosse and land once John Martin's and abuts on a tenement of the said Thomas and on a garden annexed to the mill called 'Scutmylne' [cf. 'le suthe mylne' in 12.b] formerly Robert Dunning's.
