Gooch has sent to Cambridge a copy of Act of Parliament so that Samuel Gatward might be instructed to draw up a conveyance of the houses in Regent Walk from the college to the university. He hopes that the conveyance will be ready to be sealed as soon as the Act receives the royal assent, so that he can pay the money to the trustees before leaving London.
