One parcel is in Trumpington field, called 'Heycroft' and the other near Cambridge town opposite St Edmund's c hapel on payment of 2s to the feudal lords; also a meadow, which is specially guaranteed against any claims by the Prioress and nuns of Swaffham. Robert to pay 1d annually to the said John, The parcels are not to be sold during Robert's lifetime without his having the option of redeeming them at the price now paid, viz. 17 marks.
