Two acres lie in Crofts of Chesterton next to land of William son of the said Sir John and abut on a ditch leading to 'le Colvilles'; in Cambridge field 3 roods with a ditch lie in Sheepcote Field between land of Geoffrey Seman and land of St John's house and abut on the St Neot's road; ½ acre lies next to land of Bartholomew Perrin and abuts on the same road; 1 acre lies next to land of the Prior of Barnwell and abuts on the same road; 1 acre lies between land of the said Prior on either side and abuts on the same road; ½ acre lies next to land of Master Robert Brigham and abuts on Sheepcote Way; 3 roods lie next to land of St John's house and abut on the same way; 1 acre lies at the Stoupendcrouch next to land of Hugh Pittock and abuts on the St Neot's road; 1½ acres lie in Portefield next to land of John Pittock and abut on the same road; ½ acre lies at le Gallowss next to land of Geoffrey Seman and abuts on Huntyngdon Way.
Consideration: annual rent of 20s 6d.
