Scope and Contents
One and a half acres lie in 'le Carmefeld' between land of John Pilat and lands of William Crocheman, the Brothers of St John's Hospital, John Pilet and John Morice and abut on a dole of the said Brothers called Carmesdole; and half an acre lies at or near 'Pourtebrygg' between land of Robert de Brunne and land of Thomas le Warde and abut on Pourtebrygg. The land is to revert on the death of Matilda, in the absence of children, to the heirs of Hawise.
