The lands are in three parcels: 2 acres lie in Bin Brook next to land of John le Rus and abut on land of William Blodles and on Edinebrook; one and a half acres lie in Bin Brook between land of Hervey son of Eustace and land of Geoffrey de Heli, abutting on land of the Hospital of St John and on Meleweie; one and a half acres lit towards Cotes between land of Childman and land of Hervey son of Eustace and abut on Smalmadwe and on Coteweiesend.
Consideration: annual rent of half a pound of cinnamon; gersuma: 14 marks.
