£100 p.a. to his supposed son William Kirkham, alias Picard, and his heirs from the manor of Sibson, to cease if they shall sell the manor; £500 to Etheldreda Kirkham, alias Malin, on her marriage; £500 to Mildred Kirkham, alias Picard, on coming of age; £500 to Ann Kirkham, alias Picard, on coming of age; £20 p.a. to Mildred and Ann until come of age; £50 to Robert Kirkham of Cotterstock and £5 to each of his children; £15 among the children of Alexander Humfrey; £10 among the children of Thomas Nobbes; 40s a year to William Weldon during his life; double wages to all his servants; £50 to the Hon. Mildmay Taule of Westmorland; £30 to Thomas Levite of Tixover, Rutland. Payments to poor of Oundle and Blatherwick, to churches of Oundle and Coterstock.
