'Deposyons of the persons hereafter named taken at Cambridge the xvth daie of July 1586 before us, George Frevyle esquyer one of the Barons of the Quenes Majesties court of the Eschequyer Henry Harvy Doctor of the Cyvyll Lawe and of the Maisters of the Quenes high Court of Chauncery Francis Hynd of John Hutton Esquyres Commyssyoners named and appoynted by vertue of her highnesse Commyssion to them dyrected for thexamynacion of the persons hereafter named vpoon certen Interrogatories to the said commissyon annexed aswell on the parties and behalf of the Lordes and free tenauntes of Barton Compleynauntes as also for and on the part and behalf of William Wurthington Esquyre and Margarett his wife defendauntes as hereafter doth follow.
