The messuage lies in Barton between a tenement which Geoffrey Lorimer holds in the fee formerly of Sir Bartholomew Burghassh, knight, and a tenement of Henry Adekyn of Haslingfield and abuts on the highway; 1 half acre lies in Barton fields in Le Holisfel between land of the Prior of Barnwell; and land of John Hart and abuts on land of the said Prior; another half acre lies at Harlowe next to land of the said Prior and abuts on Harlowegrene; 1 rood lies in Le Brachefeld between land of Philip de la Vache, knight, and land once of Sir Bartholomew Burghassh and abuts on Harloweye; 3 roods lie together in Barton field at Le Barkeres between land of the said Sir Philip on either side and abut on Laydole; 1 acre lies in Whitwell fields, of which 1½ roods lie above Forkedale Hill next to land of Sampson Aunger and abut on land of the Prior of Barnwell; 1 rood lies above Whitwell Brache next to land of William Busshop and abuts on Le Bracheweye; 1½ roods lie above Le Yelwebenelond next to land once of John Chasteleyn and abut on land of the said Prior.
The lands and messuage were received by grant from Edmund de Ovynge of Barton. After the death of Agnes, the land is to go to her daughter Cecilia.
