One selion lies at le Stratefurlong next to land of the Prior of Barnwell and abuts on the St Neot's road; one selion lies next to land of Sir Nicholas de Gayne [d'Engayne] knight and extends from the St Neot's road to land of Gosselin the weaver of Cotes. Joan is to hold the land after his death if it occurs after the deaths of Nicholas Hunne of Whitwell and Joan, wife of Nicholas.
