The lands comprise one half acre and 3 roods of arable lately in the tenure of of Richard and Thomas Lacy of Grantchester. One rood lies in Boornemedowfeld in Castle furlong between land of Grantchester church in the tenure of Thomas Carowe (N) and land of King's College in the tenure of William Wright (S) and abuts (E) on land of King's College in the tenure of William Fuller and (W) on the way from Grantchester to Haslingfield called Haslingfield way; 1 rood lies in the same furlong between land of King's College in the tenure late of Thomas Standley and now of William Stanfeld (N) and land of Nicholas Sanford, lately of Richard and Thomas Lacy, in the tenure of William Wright (S) and abuts (E) on part of 2 acres of the rector of Grantchester and (W) on Haslingfield way; 1 rood lies in the same furlong between land of King's College in the tenure of John Walle (N) and land of Nicholas Sanford, formerly of Richard and Thomas Lacy, (S) and abuts (E) on Colverhavedon and (W) on the aforesaid road; a half-acre lies in Newnham Crofts at Wastelldole between land of King's College called Wastelldole (S) and between 2 acres of land of Nicholas Sanford, formerly of Richard and Thomas Lacy next to the way leading from Cambridge towards Portebrugge (N) and abuts (E) on a headland of Michaelhouse, once of John Nole, in the tenure of Henry Browne, vicar of Grantchester and (W) on land of King's College formerly of Thomas Cob in the tenure of William Fuller.
