Scope and Contents
Two copies. Both carry lists of 'evidences' to be produced. Copy 'a', perhaps a draft, describes these in greater detail, reciting, for example, the contents of the pedigree (pe. de. Cru) found amongst the muniments at Leicester and the Castle of 'Kelyngworth'.
Copy 'b' endorsed by Parker: 'The college manor in Barton with the appertunancys is holden of the honor of Leicestre nowe comonly called the dukes fee & late cleped monfroth fee'.
