The land comprises: 6 selions in Ridgewayfield nex to Richard de Harleston and abutting on the Ridgeway; 5 selions at le Le Mor next to Seer de Fering and abutting on a headland of the same; 1 selion in 2 parts next to Ralph Bernard and abutting on Simon de Ferknes and on Reddilweye; 1 acre in Brunnemadwefeld [Brown meadow field] next to Richard de Harleston; 3 selions in Waterroddes next to the Earl of Lincoln; half an acre next to Hervey Pilat; 3 selions in Fulbrook field between the Earl of Lincoln and Robert Sabyn; 2 selions in the same field next to the Earl of Lincoln and abutting on Fulbrook; 2 selions in Calfholmfield next to Simon Chepe and abutting on Calfholm.
Should any of his daughters die without heirs her share is to go to the survivor/s.
