The messuage has a croft adjacent and was formerly held by Henry William. A parcel of Madecroft is excepted for a penfold (punfalde). One acre of arable lies in Stratefield next to land of Thomas atte Lane on one side and abuts on the highway leading to Cambridge; 1 acre lies in Dunstalefield next to land of the parson of Landbeach and abuts on Blakelond way; 1 acre lies in Skatchebowefield next to land of John Bray and abuts on le Rennelys. Reparations to be made within 3 years; penalties for failure to maintain in good order.
