Body to be buried in chapel on S. side of chancel of Landbeach church; £30 pounds for distribution to the poor and for exequies; to his son Thomas all his lands, 40 quarters each of wheat and oats, 20 quarters of barley, dredge and flour (?, 'pist''), all his untensils of silver, brass, tin and wood; to Thomas's wife his chamber and napery, one bed and his clothing; to Agnes their daughter, 20 marks; to Margaret her sister, 10 marks; to Henry, Thomas, John and Stephen, their sons, £20; to Alexander of Waterden, his servant, a bed and 10 marks; to Thomas Fenlond, 40s; to William Page of Stortford, 20s; to John Pain, 20s; £10 for his year-mass. Executors: his son Sir Thomas and Sir John, the rector of Landbeach. Residue to his executors for celebration of masses and distribution to the poor at their discretion. To William Coke, 40s.
