The tenement lies between a tenement of Nicholas Rolf and a tenement formerly of Robert Frend and abuts on the highway and on land of Sir John Tiptoft. The arable lies scattered among the fields and are held by the grantor by gift and enfeoffment of John son of John son of Peter Hankyn and belonged formerly to Thomas de Hale. The tenants are John de Swaffham and John Oky. The rent is due from Thomas Knave, Thomas Attebarre, John le Bryd and Thomas le Parker.
