Tenement 1, of the accustomed yearly rent of 16s and twopence halfpenny, late in the occupation of Catherine Jolly lies between a college tenement late in the occupation of Daniel Malson deceased (S) and the tenement and pump late in the occupation of Josiah Sharpe and abuts on the college and on Trumpington Street.
Tenement 2, also of the accustomed yearly rent of 16s and twopence halfpenny, late in the occupation of Josiah Sharpe, lies between a college tenement lately demised to Rhoda Jolly (S) and a college tenement occupied by John Woodward (N) and also abuts on the college and on Trumpington St.
