The tenement lies between a tenement of the CCCC occupied by Henry Allen, carpenter (S) and a tenement occupied by Thomas Fiddling, butcher (N) and abuts (W) on the highway (26 feet) and (E) on the college (30 feet in length, 16 feet in breadth).
Note on dorse on agreement by the Master and Fellows that Oliver shall be permitted to let or alienate the property, provided any lessor enters into a bond with the college (as annexed to 190b)
