The tenement abuts (E) on the highway, (W) on the stable of Thomas Hobson, sometime the property of the college, (N) on a tenement of Edward Lucas of Thriplow, esquire, and (S) on a college tenement occupied by John Richardson, and is 18 yards 1 foot long from east to west and 14 feet broad from north to south. Also included is a little shed or house, 3 yards square, at the south-west end.
