Scope and Contents
The tenements are now in the occupation of William Southern, John Jackson and John Lee. They lie between a tenement of John Hatcher, M.D., E., a tenement lately of John Moore and now in the tenure of Baxter, W., the White Hart inn in the tenure of William Gibbons, N. and the highway, W. Dimensions given.
The college's bond to save Baxter harmless is in Lease Book 2 at p. 144.
