The property lies between two college tenements, one held by Robert Dickinson (S) and the other occupied by Thomas Lockyer (N) and abuts (W) on Trumpington Strete and E on a wall of the college. It measures 11 yards 2 feet in width at the W end and 12 yards at the E end, as is 23 yards 1 foot long.
