The property lies between a tenement of William Corner, brewer (E) and a tenement of the college (W) and abuts (S) on the High Street and (N) on vacant ground of the college; it measures 6 yards in width at the S end and 5 yards 2 feet at the N end and is 25 yards in length.

The copy in the Lease Book carries an extensive annotation concerning changes in the dimensions because of the transposition of new buildings by the college in 1566.
