The messuage lies between a tenement of William Yon, and a tenement once of William de Pocklington and a tenement of the Gild of the Blessed Mary on the one part and a tenement of the said Margaret, where John the Cooper lives on the other part, and extends from the highway to a tenement once of Simon Bernard. The plot and brewhouse lie between the said messuage and a tenement of Robert de Honesdon and extend from the tenement of the said Simon to the tenement of the said Margaret.
