The tenement lies next to a messuage of Margaret Dengayne, Margaret daughter of Thomas de Snailwell and John, son of the said Margaret, which the said three hold by feoffment of Vincent, and extends from the High Street to a messuage once of William de Bodney; the messuage which Juliana, widow of the said Thomas holds of him by dower, is next to the said tenement.
