The messuage lies between a messuage of Benedict Pistor and a tenement whicb Richard gave to his daughter Margaret and extends lengthwise from the highway to a tenement formerly of Gilbert Bernard, and measures 34 feet at its frontage on the highway and 33 feet at the back,
