The two tenements are now in the occupation of Edward Clarges and John Park and lie between a tenement of Andrew Perne, DD, now in the occupation of Nevell Jayes (N) and a tenement of William Beamont (S) and abut (E) on the garden ground of Dr Perne's tenement and (W) on the highway
