Scope and Contents
The tenement abuts (N) on a tenement of the college now leased to Em Clarke, widow and (S) on a tenement of William Beamount's called the Catharine Wheel.
Memorandum on dorse that this lease was alienated to John Parke, baker, on 12 April 1574 (16 Eliz.), and that Parke was bound in 5 marks to observe the covenants. Signed by Robert Norgate, Master, and nine fellows.
Later note reads: 'I have payd for this lease/ to the . . . Sir Thomson who had yt of Parke 30s. 7 Aug. 1577'
