Scope and Contents
The messuage lies between land newly builded of the foresaid Maurice (N) and ground pertaining to Little St Mary's church (S) and abuts (E) on the common way towards the mill dam and (W) on Swinescroft now in the tenure of the said Maurice, and measures 83 feet 6 inches in length and in breadth 34 feet 6 inches at the West head towards the mill dam and 27 feet 6 inches at the East head.
