The tenement lies between a tenement of Philip Cayly and a tenement of Reginald le Chandler, his wife Cecilia and Thomas son of the said Simon and abuts on the garden and on the highway; the garden lies between a tenement of the said Philip Cayly on one side, and a tenement of Sir Nicholas, brother of the grantor, chaplain, and a tenement of the Prior of the Chapel of St Edmund, and abuts on Swinecroft and on the said tenement and the tenement of the said Reginald, Cecilia and Thomas.
