Scope and Contents
1. Parcels of ground on the E. side of a tenement formerly in the tenure of John Hazard, now of Samuel Fortune at the end of the Butchery with a bay or standing under the house called Purgolds in St Edward's parish being a stable formerly in the tenure of the said John Hazard, now S. Fortune, which opens (N) onto the Blue Bell yard, which premises are leased from the Corporation; 2. A public house called The Bell, with a little yard, in Preachers Street, Great St Andrew's parish, between the yard of the Brazen George (S) and St Andrew's churchyard (N); 3. All those tenements in St Andrew's parish, called the Bell, late in the tenure of the Overseers of the Poor and now of William Mickle, which property is leased from Christ's College; 4. A public house called The Dolphin in St Botolph's parish leased from CCCC; 5. The White Horse in St Bene't's parish with properties adjoining; 6. A public house in Great St Mary's parish known as The Chip Axe leased from the Corporation; 7. The Half Moon public house, with outbuildings, in St Clement's parish leased from Magdalene; 8. A landing place of Chesterton Ferry at Stirbitch Fair Green leased from the Corporation; 9. The Crown and Woolpack public house in the parishes of St Andrew the Great and Holy Trinity leased from the Corporation; 10, the ground in Penny Farthing Lane (as in 112) leased from CCCC
