Scope and Contents
The tenement lies in the Butchery next to Peas Market Hill between another tenement of the said John Hurst lately the said William's (S) and a tenement of Henry Seymour (N) and abuts (W) on a lane leading to the east end of St Edward's church and (E) on Butchery Street. Both the Hurst tenements were acquired from CCCC.
Endorsed with note of delivery of seisin on the same day under an elaborate notarial strap. Witnesses John Newman, fletcher; Thomas Howgrave and Anthony Harrison, Notary Public.
