The tenement, currently occupied by Ventris, lies between a tenement of Clare Hall in the tenure of Thomas Curror (S) and a tenement of Trinity Hall in the tenure of Nicholas Prime (N) and abuts (W) on the king's highway. The stable and kitchen abut (E) on a garden ground of Clare Hall.
