Scope and Contents
The first property, previously divided into two, lies between a tenement called 'The Rose' then in the occupation of John Haswell, later of Samuel Forlow, then of Joseph Hart (E) and a college tenement in the occupation of Joshua Finch, then John Robson, then John Page Bowes (W) and abuts on the common highway against the Wheat Market (S) and on the houses once Dr Wendy's and now part of the Rose Inn (N). The second then in the tenure of Charles Finch, later of Ann Gray, widow, and lately of John Robson lies between the abovesaid messuage then in the occupation of Samuel Francis (E) and a tenement of Magdalene College, called The Three Kings (W), and abuts on The Three Kings (N).
