Scope and Contents
The messuage lies between a college tenement in the occupation of Thomas Jackson, and another in the occupation of Katheryn Baker (N) and a college tenement, now in the tenure of Thomas Thomas, printer, and a garden ground in the occupation of the said Thomas Bradshaw (S) and abuts (W) on School Lane and (E) on High Ward Street.
The college makes the sale in order to fund the purchase of land in Stow-cum-Quy from Sir Francis Hinde.
