The tenement lies between a tenement of the said Margaret (E) and a tenement of the house of St John and the said garden (W) and the south head abuts on a tenement of William Godfrey, chandler, and the north head on Cutlers Row (dimensions given); the garden lies between the said tenement and a tenement of William Godfrey (E) and Well Lane (W) and the south head abuts on a garden of the college's leased to Trinity Hall and the north head on a tenement of the said house of St John.
