The tenement lies between a college tenement now separately inhabited by Richard Squire and Alice Dalton (W) and a tenement partly in the tenure of the said John Dix and partly in the tenure of John Hemnale once Richard Bush (E) (dimensions given).
The copy in the Lease Book has a marginal note of sale to William Worthington for 20s in 1564.
