Scope and Contents
The tenement [perhaps an inn] has a portico and lies between a tenement leased by the college to John Godfrey, skinner and a tenement of John Bilney (E) and a tenement of William Herdyngburgh and St Michael's churchyard (W) and the S. head abuts on the king's highway and the north head on a tenement of the said John Bilney, and comes with three ovens and a mass of domestic, mostly brewing, equipment, listed in attached schedule.
