Scope and Contents
One tenement lies next to a tenement of Richard Andrew, spicer, once William Featherstone's, and a college tenement inhabited by Richard Chapman abutting on one head on Combers Lane and on the other on the market place, and the other tenement lies between a tenement held by the said Oliver and a tenement of Roger Falcon and abuts on a tenement of Richard Bush and on a tenement of the college held by Agnes Bust.
Witnesses: Thomas Jacob, mayor; John Godfrey, skinner; Simon Rankyn; Thomas Sturmyn; John Semer, bailiffs.
Endorsed: Anno domini 1462 in tenura Johannis Mason & Hawwysue uxoris sue'.
