Scope and Contents
The messuage, once Thomas le Portrayer's is leased with the exception of one room under the solar which is a storeroom of the masters and scholars next to the University Schools, and lies between a tenement of Clare Hall and a tenement held by John Hardy and abuts on the highway and on a tenement held by Nicholas le Barber.
