Scope and Contents
The land, lately in the tenure of Robert Bolton 'as it lyeth bitwen a parcell of a commen lane called Allwyneslane nowe buylded & enclosed to the tenement in the whiche the said Richard Rolf nowe dwelleth in on the north parte and the tenement belongyng to [Corpus] in the whiche George Foyster nowe dwelleth in on the north parte & a certeyn stable atte west hede of the said grounde as it is now seperatte devided & enclosed from the said tenement'. Length: 65 feet from stable to new parlour; breadth 16 ft (W end), 14.5 ft (middle), 15 ft E. head. The College to keep the stable in repair.
