The tenements were sometime in the tenure of John Belton and 'of later tyme demised by [the college] to John Mere', which tenements are currently in the tenure of John Peachey, tailor, William Barcroft, sadler, Thomas Evers, Blaunche Phillipps, widow of Frauncis Phillips, Robert Wood, shoemaker, and George Inman, shoemaker (neighbours specified).
