The order refers the question to the Earls of Arundel and/or Dorset, who are the appoint a view to be taken by the Surveyor of the King's Works and some others of the Commissioners for Buildings upon whose report, if it shall appear that the request may conveniently be granted their Lordships are to give order that the same be done.
