The property comes with adjacent gardens, orchards, etc., and is currently in the tenure of John Parker and Richard Adams and was lately in the possession of Thomas Duke of Norfolk.
Witnesses: Robert Wyllan, Thomas Webbe, Edward Smythe, John Wolsey and Richard Plumley.
The owner of the estate in 1893 redeemed the annuity for £200 (Chapter Book 8, p. 185].
