Note on dorse of receipt at the hands of John Parker by CCCC of £500 towards the increase of certain fellows' and scholars' commons, etc., plus £10 per annum for the maintenance of three scholars and £10 for the furnishing of a chamber, late a Stonehouse, for the said three scholars; by Gonville and Caius of 3 silver and double gilt bowls (weight left blank) and 26 books and by Trinity Hall of the same, with a silver and gilt basin and ewer to the use of the Doctors of the Arches in London under the will of Matthew Parker, 16 Apr. 1580'
