The property lies between Schools Lane (venella publicarum scholarum universitatis) (W) and a garden of the college (E) and abuts (S) on the said garden and (N) on the said vacant plot. Matthew Stokys and William Daunser are appointed attornies to deliver seisin.
On dorse notice of delivery of seisin by Matthew Stokys to Henry Gotobed as Parker's attorney on 22 Jan. 1572 in the presence of Robert Norgate, Master of CCCC, Robert Sayer, Osmund Lakes and Henry Willshawe MAs, John Sheres and John Cutbert, booksellers, and Hilary Claxton and John Pinchbeck, yeomen.
Endorsed: The dede from the Kings Colledg for the barne or stable purchased on them by Matthew Archb. of Canterbury & gyven to our Colledg.
